Our estate honey is harvested by Dean De La Montanya—full-time firefighter for the City of Healdsburg and part-time beekeeper on the family property. What began as a weekend hobby quickly became a meaningful way for Dean to support the vineyard's ecosystem, encouraging healthy pollination and giving back to the land.
The hives are nestled throughout the Felta Creek estate, where the bees forage on wildflowers, fruit blossoms, and vineyard cover crops. The result is a raw, unfiltered honey that reflects the unique character of our Sonoma County surroundings. Each small batch is a true labor of love, crafted with love and rooted in a deep connection to both community and nature.
