Felta Creek Vineyard | Dry Creek Valley
2025 was a great year in the Felta Creek Vineyard despite mother nature’s attempts at sabotage! The team scrambled to harvest Zinfandel grapes at peak ripeness, perfect for 1776, before a dreaded mid-harvest rainstorm. Mission accomplished! The harvested fruit was dark and concentrated with a rich, complex flavor and optimal sugar ripeness. We are elated to report that we have another good one on our hands with production estimated at about 125 cases. A little less than previous years, but better than the alternative.
