Our 2021 cool climate Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is an elegant wine. Flavors of ripe raspberries and cherries are followed by a hint of spice and soft tannins. This wine was aged in 40% new French for 12 months. It will pair well with poultry and pork.

Sonoma Coast

The gorgeous fragrance will have you lingering over the glass.  Layers of Bing cherries, raspberries, black tea, anise seed, and exotic spice tantalize the palate, while oak nuances sit nicely in the background.  Elegance in the glass, with savory elements weaving from the bright first sip to the lingering last one.

Russian River Valley

Red and black fruits on the nose are compelling with this finely tuned Pinot Noir, made from Pinot Noir clones 115, 667 and Calera. Fresh black raspberries, dark cherries, a touch of earth, pomegranate, Asian spices, cranberry chutney, and cherry cola notes wrap around silky tannins, and the finish is heavenly.

Russian River Valley

Sharli Vineyard Pinot Noir is a newer addition to our portfolio. An elegant Pinot Noir, rich in color with subtle ripe fruit. Containing the 114, 667, 777 clones of Pinot Noir and aged in French Oak Barrels, this pinot is a perfectly balanced representation of the Russian River Valley.

Russian River Valley 

Our 2022 Tina’s Vineyard Pinot Noir is grown on a south-facing slope in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Flavors of raspberries, ripe strawberries and plums are followed by dried cherries and a hint of spice. Rich in favor, soft on the palate, and chewy in the finish. Aged for 11 months in French oak.

Christine's Vineyard | Sonoma Coast

This classic Pinot Meunier was lightly pressed and aged in French oak barrels. This wine offers expressive fruit, floral aromas and a soft, supple mouthfeel. Boysenberry and black cherry are accented by spicy oak and a hint of vanilla toast. Nice soft tannins give depth and balance to this delicious wine.

Felta Creek Vineyard | Dry Creek Valley

This Zinfandel comes from the vineyard you’ve all come to know and love, located just outside our tasting room door. Rich and spicy with deep currents of red berries and black fruits, this wine pairs well with anything from the forest to the savannah.

A classic Dry Creek Zin bursting with dark berries, black cherry, and a swirl of warm spice, with hints of vanilla and cocoa from its time in oak. The palate is lush and generous, with velvety tannins and just enough structure to keep things grounded.

This is a Zin that means business—perfect for grilled meats, hearty pastas, or sipping fireside with good company. Big, smooth, and seriously satisfying.

Felta Creek Vineyard | Dry Creek Valley

Big new-world flavor meets old-world sophistication! This wine was harvested to taste and gently pressed. Whether Primitivo and Zinfandel grapes are the same variety is still debated by viticulturists. However, through DNA tracing it appears that Primitivo is either the father of Zinfandel, or an intimate mailman. This popular wine elicits brambly fruit and warm earth toned spices on the finish. Left to develop for 11 months in American oak, this wine is a true sell-out at DLM!

Calandrelli Vineyard - Russian River Valley

As one few producers of Tempranillo in Sonoma County, we struggle to keep this one in stock! Traditional dark flavors of Spanish Tempranillo softened by the cool influence of The Russian River Valley. American oak spices, cassis berry, bing cherry, and leather. Perfect with grilled meats!

We at De La Montanya have paid homage to the great wines of Spain by planting Tempranillo, the king of Spanish red wines. Meaty, big and bouncy, this wine displays all of the great characteristics of its Spanish brother. By being grown in Sonoma County, as opposed to Spain, we have wrung out more intense berry fruit than expected. This is the wine barbequed ribs were made for.

Russian River Valley

Our Syrah was grown in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Lightly pressed and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Aromas and flavors of back currants, dark spices and a hint of smokiness are followed by an appealing finish of dark chocolate, dried cherries and smooth tannins.

Grown on a rocky bench above the Maacama Creek on the eastern end of Alexander Valley, his wine is big and expressive. Our 2021 Tiza Colina Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is brimming with lush blackberry, black currant and black cherry flavors enhanced by notes of mint, tobacco, and black pepper spice. Rich and chewy, it is plush and smooth on the palate with perfectly integrated oak.

The fruit forward Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County marries well with the structure of the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in American and French oak for 22 months. Enjoy all nuances that is our Sybil Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 80 cases bottled.

Dry Creek Valley

This ripe, chewy Merlot exhibits abundant cherries and ripe berries balanced with flavors of spice, herbs, and toasty undertones, Aged in American oak for 24 months.

Sonoma County

A grape traditionally grown in the Bordeaux region of France, made famous in Argentina yet grown in the heart of Sonoma County. Magenta in color, with notes of ripe fruit, dark spice and everything nice. Lovingly aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 months.

Calandrelli Vineyard | Russian River Valley

Bold and elegant, this 2021 Petit Verdot offers deep aromas of blackberry, violet, and cedar. The palate is rich with dark fruit, black cherry, and hints of mocha, balanced by velvety tannins and a lingering oak finish. Perfect with grilled lamb or aged cheeses, it’s delightful now or worthy of cellaring.

Grown in the idyllic weather of northern Sonoma County, our Cabernet Franc can be rather charming but packs a big punch. The aromas of ripe fruit, fresh flowers and herbs may seduce you, but the sweet aromas of dark spice and toasty oak will surely win you over. Only 25 cases bottled.
