The 2008 Grand Finale has it all. This wonderfully balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot has an opulent, fruit driven spirit. The initial mouthfeel of dried fruit, plum, red licorice and soft Greek olive sensations move forward into a crescendo of toasted oak, bold tannin, food worthy acidity and slightly tart yet ripe olallieberries. Be Good To Yourself and enjoy a bottle (or two) with friends while you sit back and listen to your favorite Journey songs.
This wine is truly a gem. Grand Finale is a Napa Valley Bordeaux Style Blend. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot were carefully selected and blended to perfectly complement one other. 10 years later, this wine is perfectly aged with several more years of cellaring possible. Grand Finale is sophisticated, elegant, and structured. Tannins are soft, showcasing dark fruit flavors including plum and currant. The finish is long with the perfect lingering wisp of oak. Do not sleep on this one! Limited quantity available.
Please note, Grand Finale was not filtered or fined. After 10 years aging you may find sediment when opening the bottle. But this does not effect the outstanding flavor. Decanting works beautifully to separate wine from sediment. Enjoy!
This Pinot is in its prime. Selected from our cool climate Sonoma Coast Vineyards, it is complex, with luscious cherry fruit and a smooth, slightly spicy finish. If you are a Pinot fan, this will surely make you very happy.
A balanced Chardonnay from our finest Russian River Valley Vineyards. Like its musical namesake, Bellezza is a beautifully crafted Chardonnay. From the golden color to the rich aromatics - This wine exhibits richness with a touch of oak balanced with crisp apple overtones. From the vineyard to the glass, Bellezza is a Sonoma beauty that was made to share with food and friends.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in this age worthy wine, come from two of the most prestigious regions of the Napa Valley – Stags Leap and Atlas Peak. The resulting wine has that deep dynamic black cherry essence we love in a Cab. This well-made wine, with a richly solid, balanced structure is best enjoyed Any Way You Want It over the next ten years.
A Grand Finale is the ultimate climax of a passionate performance. This Bordeaux-style wine is definitely climactic. Its deep, dense, cranberry-Bing cherry lusciousness includes hints of blueberry and exotic soft plush leather. The Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin’ of these grapes has resulted in this amazingly well-crafted wine. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc.
