I don’t know if “desire” is the right word for this wine since it’s a little old and pruny. I’ll re-name it temporarily to “Pinup Mature” since it’s been around awhile. Okay, let’s get down to business. This wine is a blend, and can you guess this blend? Nope! This wine is a hodgepodge of five of our flagship varietals. If you are pretty good at guessing the grape varietals in your wine, you will fail at this one. The wine is decent with a great label! It has a tang to it, which makes it perfect for cooking. Don’t make this wine more complicated than all the varietals in it.
